Open Document Ms office to be protected
- Click the Office Logo
- Click Save As
- Click on Tools
- Click the General Options
- Enter the Password that you want, then click OK
- Enter your password again for verification, then click OK
- Save the file as usual (choose a location, write the name of the file, and click Save).
